a number of Sport and health issues addressed well as counselling and advice on how to keep fit and healthy, family life discussions.

There will be a number of great speakers at the work shops who will be giving advice on many aspects of healthy living, healthy eating, healthy foods and nutrition. There will be many aspects of health and sports and how to stay in good heath.

well as relationship counselling’s and alterative weight loss advice.

Do you know you are what you think! Yes it has been said that 10% of what happens in your life you can not control, but 90% you can control. That means that 90% of what happens in your life you have the power to change and to control.

You can change your life by the books that you read, if you spend time reading success books then you will improve your chances of success. A good book I would recommend is “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. This book has changed the lives of millions of people around the world. The book has 13 things that successful people do which brings success, which starts with “Desire”. It talks about having persistence and about the importance of trying until you succeed, also about having Faith that you will achieve your “desire”.

This book truly changes lives, Hill also wrote “Law of Success” which list 16 things that bring success, based on the lives of 500 self made millionaires. These books show that success is dependant on the way that you think, change thoughts and you change the results that you get.
